This place suits me perfectly. It offers great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff helped me retrieve my forgotten jewellery, which I truly appreciated. I’m coming back for a xmas!

Room was so clean and modern, really enjoyed the big bath, and the staff were super friendly, they helped me find local spots for dinner. The location is just a stroll away from the river!

I had a delightful stay at Hotel Santa Cruz. The location along the river was picturesque, making morning walks very pleasant. Breakfast was simply outstanding – I particularly enjoyed the variety and quality of options, and the staff were incredibly attentive throughout my visit.

There’s no on-site parking. finding a slot on the street can be hit or miss. the breakfast room feels a bit cramped, requiring reservations that can hamper spontaneous plans. Some of the furniture could use a refresh to match the modern vibe of the hotel, and the air conditioning didn't work reliably during my stay, especially on the top floor when it got hot.

Had a sweet as time here! Staff were super helpful, and the room was comfy. Just a bummer the breakfast room's pet policy was a bit strict. a good spot!

The breakfast was truly impressive. so much variety and tasty dishes for just €9! Room was cozy, but it could get cramped when two of us were navigating. The staff were super friendly and always helped us find local spots. One downside was that the pillows were pretty hard. Would’ve loved to sleep better!

We stayed in a deluxe large room with our kids, and it was spacious and clean, perfect for our family. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the breakfast was truly the highlight! The creative food spread really impressed everyone.
